Tell us what you farm, how the land and the business are held, what is outstanding, and anything with a date on it: a return, a succession question, or a tenancy. That is usually enough for us to quote a fixed fee and name the date it has to be finished by.

We reply by email. If you would rather talk it through, say so in the form and give us a number and a window that fits around the farming day, and we will call you then. We act for farms anywhere in the UK, so where you are makes no difference to how this runs.
